One to One Pilates Sessions

One to One sessions take place in the studio. Using a combination of mat, small equipment and the larger equipment. Sessions can be personalised to suit your individual needs.

One to One sessions are ideal if;

  • You prefer not to exercise in a group class
  • For new clients who wish to join a mat class and who are new to Pilates
  • To help train for a sporting challenge
  • To help rehabilitate after surgery or injury.
